Bula Batiki is the first community-owned island to have UDSA NOP and Organic EU certification. Bula Batiki Association creates high quality, hand made virgin coconut oil (VCO).

Starting out with one woman with a coconut press, Bula Batiki Association has grown to a 90 person team with a processing facility available for the community. They are on a mission to create a sustainable income for their community spread across Batiki’s 4 villages. A major part of the Bula Batiki association is to empower women in their community so all genders are on equal playing fields.
